KYE combine experience for 10+ years with state-of-the-art technology for molding and manufacturing the components in the the cockpit or cabin area that including the dashboard, instrument panel, center console, door panels, and other interior trim pieces.
Design: KYE Automotive interior designers work on creating the desired shape, style, and functionality of the cockpit components. This design is translated into a 3D model per your idea and requirement.
Mold Creation: Once the design is finalized approval, KYE handle the molding work wtih our experience workers , made with high-quality steel or aluminum , and is machined or formed to match the desired shape and contours bases on the precision design.
Mold Preparation: After the mold is created, it may need to finish teament and testing that include polishing or coating the mold surface to achieve the desired finish, as well as adding any necessary ejector pins, cooling channels, or other features to facilitate the molding process.
Mold ready: We will send T1, T2 or T3 samples till meeting your satisfaction.
Product order: If our customer places the finish product orders to us directly after the final trial samples is approval. We will be responsible for the mold maintenance and performance for all.
